No need to be intimidated as we are not trying to burn calories or perform any kind of advanced routines. We are simply practicing a form of movements in a particular way and in the present moment. This is designed for anyone, at any level and at any age. No work out clothes necessary! We arrange our movements so that it can be practiced at the office, at home or on the go.

Breathing is the most important thing that we do however we don't seem to pay much attention to it. If we are overwhelmed, especially at work, our natural reaction is to take short shallow breaths. This dramatically increases your body's stress response, which will lead to overall poor well being. Learn how to gain control over your breath, and in turn, any situation!
